We received a dispatch call about a “homeless” guy begging at a corner during the time that wearing a army outfit. Getting there we thought this chab was a Army vet down on his luck. however when we arrived we discovered out it was just some silly fellow pretending to be a veteran. This is when the Lieutenant lost his shit. The dude was an obvious fake, his outfit was totally wrong. We had to hold the lieutenant from doing any real harm. Then we took the naive criminal to one of our spots. Here’s where this guy learned his lesson. We made him decided which way this chab wanted things to go, the elementary way or the hard way. They always pick the simple way.
