-A spritely juvenile real estate agent, played by Max Ryder, can’t make no doubt of he’s sold his 1st listing in just a day — especially since it’s notoriously known for being — and this guy greets Klaus enthusiastically upon arrival. But Klaus has other plans. Without warning, this guy slams the chipper little punk against the wall and bonks him hard… in each single room of the abode. Because if that doesn’t provoke the spirits to disclose themselves to him, what will?
