He was detained prior to leaving and brought into the backroom for questioning. While in custody, the officer was able to find the suspect’s criminal record of vandalism and his likelihood of jail with any police act. An understanding was reached by the suspects and the Loss Prevention Officer, and they was released out of involvement of law enforcement. $19.98 retail value recovered for the store out of incident.
