Indecent Exposure. 26 year old Hispanic male, 5’9”, was caught on camera urinating on the mall grounds. Mall security was 1st alerted by a shopping family, resulting in the suspect being apprehended and detained. The suspect was rowdy and uncooperative, requiring his hands to be restrained whilst being brought in for processing. While in custody, the suspect continued to be difficult with the Loss Prevention Officer. He was questioned and disrobe searched following standard protocols. An understanding was reached by the suspect and the Loss Prevention Officer, and this chab was released out of involvement of law .
