Years previous to Ghost, this very early pre-condom homosexual sex film employed a similar plot device - the ghost of a paramour returns to suggest advice and guidance to his still living paramour. After the car accident of his paramour Cass, rail-thin blonde Jerry becomes involved with a loving and studly juvenile chap. Complications arise when the gracious, gloriously naked Cass returns as an opinionated apparition.

Seen merely by Jerry, Cass watches and comments on Jerry's raunchy activities as well as performing a ghostly rim and blow job on him. The acting varies from over-the-top to nice-looking professional, and many of the raunchy couplings are great. The standout is probably the very cute Toby Willis as Jerry's ally, who has several explosive raunchy scenes.
