Indecent Exposure. One perp, 18 year old Latino male, 5’11”, was caught flashing strangers. The suspect was taken into custody by the security officer on duty. The boy refused to comply at 1st, but eventually cooperated with security. While in custody, the suspect became increasingly difficult and uncooperative, warranting a full cavity search.
