Studio: Young Perps

Petty Theft. 18 year old Caucasian male, 5 5, had loose fitting raiment on and appeared to be to be watching out for signs of staff watching him. The suspect was seen by customers placing items beneath shirt. The loss prevention officer on duty was engaged and took the suspect into custody. During apprehension, the suspect appeared to be very immature and full of attitude. Upon elementary search, the stolen merchandise was recovered.
