Security guard Devin Trez suspects juvenile perp Troy Harlow of trying to steal, so this guy brings him to the backroom for further questioning. When Troy is left alone, this guy pulls out an expensive bottle of booze from below his panties, which is when officer Devin comes back and catches him in the action.
