Its Parole Officer Sergey Michaels on the rounds checking up on his recent charges and this guy has no problem busting into Johnnys abode unannounced. It appears to be that Mr. Michaels has the upper hand on Johnny, and that guy craves his socks worshiped or else he is going to make life difficult for the parolee.
