Invitations are laid at the doors of various Wet Palms denizens for the Jett company extravaganza and Gabriel Knight gives a decision to open his on his way out of the inn forever. If this chab didn't have sufficiently reason to 'move on,' of course Bret Wolfe's craziness is an added bonus. Will Bret ever acquire to the bottom of Gabriel's true identity? Gus Mattox meets Bubble Underwear owner Rob Romoni, giving him a videotape a departing guest left for him. Rob is there to watch Gabriel, but Gus sadly informs him Gabriel has left to 'find his independence.' But, just then Gabriel returns, to borrow some cash, natch. Rob suggests Gabriel a job. 'As an wazoo model? I'd rather have my self-respect!' Gabriel bleats. Hey, now, some of us do some enormous fantasizing about underclothing models! Needing the specie, Gabriel assents to supplant Jason Ridge as the company's model and signs the contract.
