I’ve been working with Elder Shell for a short time now, and I didn’t know what to wait. He appears to be like a bit of a rulebreaker and somebody who may need some additional disciplinary act. Being a president of the organization for some time, u learn a thing or 2 and receive a sense of what certain Elders are like. Well, my gut feeling said me Elder Shell was the kind of missionary who would be seduced all the time and would give into his ribald thoughts. Every Elder need to learn how to control these feelings, and the most excellent way to do so is to keep these thoughts within the mission. Above all else, they have to learn to be entirely yielding and uncomplaining to their leaders. As a president who commands respect from his subordinates, I knew it was up to me to show Elder Shell how to deal with his ribald thoughts and train him how an mature, authoritarian dude deals with his rule-breaking missionaries.
