Security guard Devin Trez suspects juvenile perp Troy Harlow of trying to steal, so that guy brings him to the backroom for further questioning. When Troy is left alone, this guy pulls out an expensive bottle of booze from underneath his panties, which is when officer Devin comes back and catches him in the action. Officer Devin tells Troy that now that guy have to submit him to a unfathomable cavity search and make sure he's not hiding everything else. Troy knows that he'll have to pursue officer Devin's each command if this chab wishes to keep this from the police.
