A gorgeous blonde guy, David Webb, 22, is declared mentally unstable and sent to an institution for treatment. The youthful German, who knows little about the American legal system and has no family or allies to protect him, is the martyr of a corrupt judge who funnels socially isolated juvenile dudes into a network of sadists who pay fine specie to have access to infirm lads. Tomas De Rico likes playing doctor, telling naïve lads like David that the ache and raunchy humiliate they endure has been ordered by a court for their own valuable. David, wearing a hospital gown and protective mask, is manacled in Tomas’ dungeon. Soon his smooth, youthful body is undressed – and whipped.
