They started with high knees with not many results. Next up were jumping jacks, a classic calorie burner. The boyz tried their most good, their arms and legs flailing in sync. Despite their efforts, the pulse rates weren't quite reaching the desired levels. The chaps were beginning to receive discouraged. Prague Buddies Sc and Alex, sensing their stepsons' frustration, realized that there was merely one activity that would achieve the desired results.
