That told, there has been no greater fun and blessing than having the ability to work with a group of excellent performers who allow me the opportunity to one as well as the other understand and know em in an effort to create their performances. They give me the gift of trust, and it is that trust I am so indeed grateful for, cuz out of em, how I work would not be possible. Please shower em with praise, coz for many performers, positive energy and authentic praise is worth greater quantity than a bit of silver (And don't we all feel a bit more excellent when saying a kind word rather than a jab).
