Petty theft. 25 year old hispanic male, 5’6”, was captured on camera stealing money from the employee tip jar. Money had been reported missing time and time afresh, leading to a search of the camera’s logs. The suspect was seen multiple times around the jar when those reported thefts took place. During his almost any fresh visit, the loss prevention officer detained the suspect for questioning. While in custody, the suspect denied any theft, leading to a routine disrobe search to look for any supplementary stolen items. An understanding was reached by the suspect and the loss prevention officer, and this chab was released out of involvement of law .
