Sometimes a guy needs to be punished. More often than not, he’s done smth bad, but occasionally this guy simply needs to be brought down a peg or 2. Our apprentices will often develop an air of arrogance as they near the end of their training, and if this happens, it’s important to train em a lesson in the importance of honoring hierarchy.
